Mesh

Reinforcing mesh is welded steel sheet laid into concrete slabs, driveways and paths to control cracking and add strength. The bars share load across the slab and hold it together as the concrete moves.

Sheets come in 6m by 2.4m, in grades from SL62 through to SL92 for different slab thicknesses and loads. Sit it on bar chairs so it lands in the middle of the pour where it does the most good. A core item on almost every concreting job.
