Garden Maintenance — common questions

How often should the garden be maintained?

Through spring and summer most lawns want a fortnightly cut; monthly is enough over winter. Rentals and commercial frontages are usually fortnightly year round so they never look neglected at an inspection.

Is there a contract?

No. Schedules are booked visit to visit and you can pause, change frequency or stop at any time.

Do I need to be home?

Not if we have access. Most maintenance customers never meet the crew — we let ourselves in through the side gate and send photos if you have asked for them.

Can you clear a yard that has been left for years?

Yes, that is the one off clean up service. Send photos with the enquiry; heavily overgrown yards are quoted on the volume of waste coming out rather than the size of the block.

Do you take the green waste away?

Yes, removal is included in the quote unless you ask us to leave it. We do not fill your bin and call it done.

Can you handle several properties?

Yes. Agents and body corporates get one schedule and one invoice across all the addresses.
