Galvanised expansion (slip) ties for control joints in brick and block walls.
Expansion ties are galvanised slip ties used at control joints in brick and block walls. They tie the two sides of a movement joint together for lateral strength while still letting the wall expand and contract along the joint.
They are standard where articulation joints are built into masonry to manage cracking. Supplied in a box of 20, galvanised for corrosion resistance in external brickwork.
